At Golf 360, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment and apparel. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your game, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) label.

  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and club head plastic intact; pack them securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
